    We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our marketing goals and objectives.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Gwalior. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication. Your role will encompass a wide range of digital channels and strategies, with the primary goal of increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
    • Manage and optimize our website to ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and effectively converts visitors into leads or customers.
    • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase visibility and conversions.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven improvements.
    • Manage and nurture email marketing campaigns, ensuring the delivery of relevant and engaging content to subscribers.
    • Research and monitor market trends and consumer demands to identify new product opportunities.
    • Evaluate potential products for quality, market fit, pricing, and profit margins.
    • Assist in the creation of product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to adapt the product selection strategy accordingly.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

    Qualifications

    • Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
    • Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills
    • Proficient in web analytics tools and software
    • Experience in running digital marketing campaigns
    • Adept at creating and optimizing content for various digital channels
    • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze campaign performance
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus
    • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms are a plus
