    We are looking for an ideal candidateas an Internal Auditor to join our LegalDepartment.

    You should ensure that the companysgovernance control processes and risk management programs are beingoperated effectively.

    You will have to evaluatehow the internal processes are running and how well the risks aremanaged. You must possess strong judgment skills with an immenseknowledge of all accounting procedures and practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Obtainthe necessary information and develop auditstrategies.
    • Monitor the risk and controlmanagement processes and ensure they are in compliance with allapplicable laws and regulations.
    • Providesupport to the external auditors.
    • Provide andact as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validitylegality and goal accomplishment.
    • Develop andpresent reports that reflect the audits results and documentprocess
    • Serve as a legal advisor in all legalmatters.
    • Develop a streamlined communicationwith auditees.
    • Identify issues and makecostsavings suggestions to overcomethem.
    • Attend board audit committee meetings ona regular basis.
    • Predict emerging issuesthrough properresearch.

    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in Accounting Finance Auditing or relevantfield.
    • Proven 4 years of work experience as anInternal Auditor or a similar role in the LegalDepartment.
    • A certified Internal Auditor willbe preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of legal auditstandards laws and procedures.
    • Ability tomaintain open communication with management and auditcommittees.
    • Excellent judgmentskills.
    • Analytical thinking and ability to workboth independently and in teams.
    • Excellent oraland written communication skills.
    • Strongorganization skills.
    • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Accounting software anddatabases.
    • Customeroriented individual and anoutstanding problemsolver.
    • Good numericalabilities.
    • A keen eye on details foraccuracy.
    • Good time managementskills.
