    Designation : Social Media Manager

    Location: Mahalakshmi Layout, Bangalore

    Employment Type: Full-time

    Experience : A minimum of 4 years of experience as a social media manager within an agency

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in social media marketing.
    • Proficiency in Meta Ads , Hootsuite , Zoho

    Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve clients business goals and objectives.
    2. Manage and maintain clients social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
    3. Strategise engaging and high-quality content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, that resonates with clients target audience.
    4. Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
    5. Plan campaigns aimed at raising brand awareness and generating leads.
    6. Identify and collaborate with industry influencers on client projects
    7. Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize content, campaigns, and strategies.
    8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media marketing.
    9. Ensure that team performance is monitored and measured monthly and submit reports as needed

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven track record of success in social media management, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics, with proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, zoho etc
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and storytelling.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize social media performance.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
