Key Responsibilities

• Prepare or oversee preparation of statutory accounts in accordance with UK GAAP (FRS 102 / FRS 105 as applicable)
• Ensure accounting records are complete and accurate at year end

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper who can take ownership of the company's year-end financial reporting and UK corporation tax compliance.

Year-End Accounts:

• Review and approve final accounts prior to director sign-off

Corporation Tax:

• Calculate corporation tax liabilities and ensure timely payment
