    Responsibilities:

    Yourrole willinvolve:
    • Assistingin the implementation of the Contract and Compliance program toensure adherence to operational contractual obligationspostsignature including support for ongoing risk mitigationstrategies and issueresolution.
    • Collaboratingwith Operate QRM leadership engagement leaders and other internalgroups to develop and enhance methods templates and tools forexecuting postsignature contract complianceinitiatives.
    • Advocatingfor and facilitating the adoption of an execution model forpostsignature operations risk activities among various stakeholdergroups.
    • Engagingwith business leadership and Risk Managers to review contractualobligations offering guidance on risk mitigation strategies andassisting in resolution efforts for contractualmatters.
    • Conductingthorough research on tiered contracts analyzing potentialresolution options and preparing draft communications to supportDeloitte Advisory spositions.
    • Generatingregular reports trends and analytics to monitor program performanceand identify areas forimprovement.
    • Enhancingthe postsignature operations risk support model approach and toolsto optimize compliance with contractualrequirements.
    • Conductingcontract review sessions to extract lessons learned and promoteinformationsharing to enhance future contract negotiations andoutcomes.
    • Supportingthe technology platform (ServiceNow GRC) and collaborating withplatform technology teams to implement the technology roadmap forthe Advisory Operate Contract and Complianceprogram.
    • Providinginnovative solutions to create customized risk mitigation planstailored to businessrequirements.


    Requirements

    Required:

    58years of experience in contract management negotiation and/or riskmanagement with expertise in complex IT SOW negotiations technologylicensing global contracting andsubcontracting.
    3 years ofconsulting experience focused on complex IT servicescontracting.
    Strong communicationskills both oral and written with the ability to negotiatecontractual provisions addressing business issueseffectively.
    Education:Law/paralegal degree orMBA.

    Preferred:

    Experiencewith technology platforms such as ServiceNow GRC for managingcontract obligation trackingprocesses.
    Familiarity withcontractual risk assessment related to IT and assetbasedprofessional services or Operatespecific contractterms.
    Direct clientfacingexperience in commercial contracting across multipleindustries.
    Resultsoriented withthe ability to adapt tourgency.
    Strong negotiation skillsapplicable in both internal and externalcontexts.
    Successful track recordin Risk and Contract Management or client service delivery specificto complex IT services.
    Ability towork independently in a fastpaced multitaskingenvironment.
