RoleObjective:

As an Assistant Manager MPR Analyst at Nykaa you will play acrucial role in extracting analyzing and interpreting data to driveinformed decisionmaking across various departments.

Leveraging yourexpertise in SQL and Tableau you will transform complex datasetsinto actionable insights that will optimize business processesenhance performance and support strategic initiatives.

On a typical day youwill drive the following:
Data Extraction andTransformation
Utilize SQL toextract clean and transform large datasets from diversesources.
Develop and implement data pipelines to ensurethe availability of accurate and reliable data foranalysis.
DataAnalysis and Visualization
Performindepth analysis of data to identify trends patterns andcorrelations.
Create interactive dashboards and reportsusing Tableau to visualize key metrics and findings.
Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders through compellingvisualizations and presentations.
Performance Monitoring andOptimization
Monitor KPIs andperformance metrics to track the effectiveness of businessstrategies.
Identify areas for improvement and recommendactionable solutions to optimize processes and enhanceperformance.
Data Governance and QualityAssurance
Maintain data integrityand ensure adherence to data governance policies and bestpractices.
Conduct quality assurance checks to validatedata accuracy completeness and consistency.

You will bring thefollowing to the table:
Bachelorsdegree in computer science Statistics Mathematics Economics orrelated field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dataanalysis or a similar role
Proficiency in SQL for dataextraction manipulation and querying.
Strong proficiencyin Tableau for data visualization and dashboarddevelopment.
