    Requirements

    • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential students and recent graduates for internship and full-time positions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student organisations, and career centres to enhance our campus recruitment efforts.
    • Plan and coordinate campus events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events, to promote our employer brand and engage with prospective candidates.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans for non-IT positions across various departments.
    • Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    • Conduct interviews, assess candidates qualifications and fit for specific roles, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support.
