Jobpurpose:AMicrosoft Dynamics CRM Technical Architect with deep handsonexperience on D365 CRM / Customer Engagement and relatedtechnologies e.g. Azure .NET and Power Platform (Power Apps PowerAutomate Power Pages Dataverse). This role requiresthe ability to solve real world customer business problems usingMicrosoft Solutions that align with business goals and processes.
Responsibilities: Gains a deep understanding ofclient needs analyzes best practices and plays an integral part indefining and proposing business value solutions that meet or exceedclientexpectations.
- Beingresponsible for development quality delivery deployment and supportof CRM platform and related applications.
- Workcooperatively in a team environment. Remain flexible on changingworkloads.
Implementation andSupport:o Supportsand manages aspects of business applicationsimplementations.oSupports Technical Leads Developers and QA by providing technicalfunctional clarifications and setting expectations with team andclient.o Monitorsproject progress by tracking risks actions issues decisions andother activitiesoLiaising with onshore and offshore development teams to deliversolutions. oResponsible for collaboration with client teams to understand thebusiness requirements and translate it to solutions ensuring thatdesign is in line with the businessrequirements.o Beinvolved in analysis and design phases of a project participate inapplication design sessions and make solutionrecommendations.oDeep knowledge of D365 CRM modules Power Platform andAzure. Strong understanding of when to use native features and whenit is appropriate to use customdevelopment.o Deep understandingof Integration & Data Migration methods/tools withinD365o Deepknowledge of configuring customizing and extending CRMapplicationsProject Management:o Partner withScrum Master to resolve and escalate impediments manage risksassure value delivery and drive program level continuousimprovement.oCollaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master being responsiblefor overall application project delivery as well as timelyapplicationsupport. Peopleresponsibilities: oCoach mentor developers and quality analysts ensuring they aremodeling the best practices and producing high qualityresults.o Fosterteamwork and lead by example.o Building aculture of innovation and collaboration.
Qualifications- BE/BTech/MCAwith a sound industry experience
Minimum 12 years ofMS Dynamics CRM Azure & .NET implementationexperience
- Minimum 3years of experience managing direct reports or leading developersQAs.
- Experience and understanding of DynamicsCRM Sales Service and Marketingworkflows
- Experience in migrating applicationsfrom legacy to D365 CRM
- Agile practitionermindset with an understanding of common Agile practicesserviceoriented environments and iterative developmentpractices.
- Demonstrated track record ofsuccessful ability to manage large and complex softwareimplementations.
Proficient in Azure DevOps Boards Repos CI/CD pipelines SolutiondeploymentsExperience in Configuring D365 CRM to align with the Organizationstructure and processes. This includes configuring security rolesbusiness units users and systemsettings.Experience in Customizing D365 CRM to meet specific businessrequirements. This may include creating custom entities fieldsforms views business processes web resourcesribbon/sitemap.Experience in Automating D365 CRM workflows business rules pluginsto automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes. Experience inExtending D365 CRM with PCF controls xRM toolkit SDK clientsideJavaScript TypescriptReactJS Experiencein Power Apps development with Model Drive Apps and CanvasApps Experience inIntegrating D365 CRM with internal systems Business Central legacyapplications and external systems SQUARE payment DocuSignMailchimp. Experience in Data migration using SSIS Kingsway Soft Azure DataFactory Data Lake
- Experience withadvanced web development technologies like MVC REST JSON ODataGraphQL DDD CQRS Serviceoriented and MicroservicesArchitecture.
- Preferably from .NET/SharePointDevelopment background in the early years of career developing webapplications with C# MVC Web API EF SQL Server
