Key Responsibilities:

• Build problem hypotheses and conceive solutions to drive user behavior
• Build a deep understanding of user workflows through qualitative and quantitative insights
• Define success metrics and monitor them to ensure products deliver the promised value
• Work with peers to continuously prioritize products that maximize customer satisfaction
• Work with engineers, developers, and designers shipping delightful product offerings
• Work with business teams to ensure progress towards increasing our ARR

Good to Have:

• Empathy for user behavior and ability to drive the same with a data-driven hypothesis
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to share insights and convince stakeholders across levels
• Comfortable with design wireframing/prototyping on tools like Figma, Balsamiq
• Familiarity with data crunching through SQL is preferred
• Prior 1-3 years in product management, preferably in a SaaS product company
