    Configuring & troubleshooting Microsoft Office365 accounts.
    Migration exchange to Office 365, Creating and managing shared mailbox, DL.Exchange Server, creating Email ID's. Shared Mailboxes and migration Exchange to Office 365.Install VPN Client and Troubleshoot VPN related issues.
    Handle daily technical support activities and server management.
    Configuration and troubleshooting of MS Outlook.
    Resolve user configuration / authentication issues.
    Providing folder access to users as per user requirement.
    Network Printers.
    Working Knowledge of Multifactor Authentication Administration.
    Creating and Managing Active Directory Groups Attributes.
    Working experience of employee onboarding and offboarding process.
    Configure client system in domain network.
