    Role Summary

    We are seeking an experienced PEGA Test Lead to lead testing activities for PEGA-based applications across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases. The role involves defining test strategy, managing test teams, coordinating with PEGA developers and business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and define end-to-end test strategy for PEGA applications.
    • Lead test planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution activities.
    • Strong Life and Annuities product knowledge
    • Manage and mentor a team of PEGA testers.
    • Design and review test scenarios, test cases, and test data aligned to PEGA rules, flows, and case lifecycles.
    • Ensure testing coverage for:
    • Case management
    • Business rules (Decision Tables, Decision Trees)
    • UI (Sections, Harness, Portals)
    • Integrations (SOAP/REST, MQ, DB)
    • Coordinate with PEGA developers, architects, product owners, and business users.
    • Drive defect management using tools like JIRA/ALM.
    • Ensure compliance with SDLC / STLC / Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
    • Support UAT and production validation.
    • Identify opportunities for test automation (PEGA Test Suite, Selenium, or other tools).
    • Prepare and present test metrics, dashboards, and quality reports to leadership.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 7–10+ years of experience in software testing, with 4+ years in PEGA testing.
    • Strong understanding of PEGA PRPC architecture, case types, flows, and rules.
    • Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing of PEGA applications.
    • Experience with PEGA Test Suite (PTS) or other automation tools is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL, data validation, and integration testing.
    • Experience leading teams in enterprise-scale programs.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery models.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Certifications

    • PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
    • ISTQB / CSTE (optional)
