Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Management (TM) Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TM and OD strategies. The role involves developing and implementing talent management initiatives to attract, retain and develop key talent within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Design, govern and sustain best-in-class performance management based on org needsConceptualize and anchor interventions like talent reviews and succession planning for key leadership rolesInstitutionalize and roll out career framework for the org .

Collaborate with stakeholders like HRBP and business leaders to diagnose and align talent management efforts with business needs and prioritiesContinuous improvement of TM practices based on data, insights and trends


Qualifications/ Experience:
Masters in HR with 8-12 yearsStrong communication, listening and people skillsGood understanding and hands-on experience with Talent management, Performance Management practicesPrior experience in designing and scaling org-level interventions and change managementSelf-starters, high ownership, and end-to-end program management experience
