    We are looking forward to having an Senior Manager join our Growth team - to lead the brand partnerships channel

    Responsibilities:

    1. Scale partnerships channel P&L from 1 to 10
    2. Own the P&L of Partnerships channel end to end from GMV targets, budgets, monthly campaign planning and managing the partners
    3. Execute the campaigns on payment partners (GooglePay, Phonepe, Paytm) and ad networks/ publishers ( Cashkaro, Paisawapas and the likes)
    4. Identify the potential partners,pitch, negotiate and onboard the partners
    5. Collaborate with the partners to scale conversions, devising monthly strategies, execution of the campaigns
    6. Set up the required processes, structures and lead the team

    Qualifications

    1. 3-4 years of experience in leading P&L and leading a team is a must have
    2. Experience in working with a fast paced startups is a must have
    3. Have at least 2 years experience of working in partnerships with adnetworks / publishers and payment partners like GPay, Phonepe/ Paytm
    4. Have a good grasp on project management and be excellent in negotiating and cultivating relationships
    5. Added bonus if they have worked with beauty/skincare brands in the past
