Role Responsibilities:

• Capable of managing and providing guidance as a secondary manager for the Engineering and Warehouse departments
• Preferably possessing experience in regulated markets
• Track record of supervising production volumes ranging from 300-450 million tablets, with intentions to ramp up to 1500 million within the next 3-4 years

Required Experience:

• 15-18 years of extensive experience in OSD manufacturing, including at least 7-8 years in managerial capacities within this sector
• Team Management: Supervising a team of 40-50 members encompassing various roles from operators to mid-level managers
