    We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and play a key role in supporting our HR team. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to learn and grow in the field of human resources.

    Qualifications and Skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records and files
    • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events
    • Assist in conducting training programs and orientations for new employees
    • Assist in performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback sessions
    • Support in implementing HR policies and procedures
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
