We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver exceptional user-centered designs. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in design, with proficiency in visual design tools and a keen eye for detail. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to product planning and strategy discussions, providing insights and recommendations based on design expertise and user feedback.

2. Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand requirements for new features or improvements, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and strategy.

3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively and concepts.

4. Improve onboarding experience for new users to facilitate faster integration journeys, ensuring users can easily start their integration journey.

5 .Design and maintain the company website, ensuring it aligns with our brand and effectively communicates our value proposition to the visitors.

6. Ensure that established design standards are consistently applied within design work to maintain brand consistency and integrity.

7. Create marketing collateral assets like social media post, promotional videos etc.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Design, or a related field of study.

2. 1-2 years of experience in design, preferably in a product design role.

3. Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools.

4. Demonstrated proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

5. Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects.

6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work efficiently under pressure.
