Position: Associate Consultant/Consultant

Key responsibilities:
Revenue Generation:
Generate offers & achieve revenue targets by placing candidates.
Client Management:
Understand client organizations, businesses, and processes.
Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Fulfill client requirements effectively.
Candidate Management:
Assess candidates based on requirements.
Guide and build relationships with candidates.
Understand candidates' aspirations and match them with suitable opportunities.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Understand recruitment requirements thoroughly.
Source and screen resumes effectively.
Build a network through headhunting.
Coordinate interviews and provide support until successful candidate onboarding.
Industry Research:
Conduct research and mapping of domains and organizations.
Research on various technologies, preparing presentations, and generating reports.
MIS (Management Information System)
Generate reports as required.
What are we looking for?
Postgraduate degree in Management (any discipline).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
