Job summary
Deliver the assigned Financial Targets of 30+ and 90+ Roll Rates Norms and Stock against annual ECL target Manager daily weekly monthly collection operations with optimum productivity and performance Maintain cost of collections cost per account within the given budget through effective and efficient allocation Building Reviewing and execution of collection strategy for the assigned portfolio and resources according to local dynamics Capacity Planning and portfolio action planning keeping in mind the macro environment Create build train and manage the front-line collections team spread across allocated territory according to product understanding of local markets Ensure healthy relationship with all high value customers to maintain a healthy payment track right resolution Ensure strict adherence to processes control measures for own product Ensure adherence regulatory requirements integrity in all team operations customer handling Ensure Customer centricity ensure adherence Code Conduct work minimize customer complaints
