    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and objectives for motor insurance products.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the motor insurance segment.
    • Monitor team performance, sales activities, and KPIs, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
    • Identify training and development needs for team members, coordinating training sessions and workshops to address skill gaps and enhance performance.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners to support business development and client retention efforts.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in the insurance industry or related field.
    • Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify sales opportunities and address challenges.
    • Results-oriented mindset, focusing on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
    • Familiarity with sales CRM software and tools.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
