- Lead and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and objectives for motor insurance products.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the motor insurance segment.
- Monitor team performance, sales activities, and KPIs, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
