Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to join our team at GM Analytics Solutions in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the RCM department and ensuring optimal performance through effective employee selection, training, and development.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in US healthcare RCM with at least 5 years in an Executive Leadership role. They should possess strong presentation skills, ability to handle large teams, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Upholds teaches and enforces GM Analytics Solutions Core Values.
- Manages the staff and operations of the RCM department
- Ensures optimal performance through effective employee selection, training and development and performance management. Holds staff accountable for achieving plans and performance targets. Works with staff to identify and resolve the most complex issues impacting ambulatory billing office.
