Job Description :

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality and functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute testing activities in Agile and Scrum environments
• Conduct performance testing to assess software responsiveness, scalability, and reliability
• Perform security testing, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing
• Test mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms, ensuring compatibility and usability
• Conduct usability testing, analyzing user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design
• Implement and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and Appium
• Collaborate in the development of testing frameworks and contribute to automation efforts
• Manage test environments, ensuring proper setup and configuration for testing
• Conduct cross-browser testing to identify and address compatibility issues
• Analyze and report defects using defect tracking tools, and perform root cause analysis
• Participate in Agile testing practices, including sprint testing and continuous testing
• Test RESTful and SOAP APIs, including automation of API tests
• Verify data integrity through SQL query testing and database testing
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and processes
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation and reports
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to improve overall product quality
• Stay updated on testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices

• Proven experience as a QA Tester with 8-15 years of hands-on testing experience
• Proficiency in test planning, test execution, and test documentation
• Experience with manual and automated testing, including Selenium and Appium
• Knowledge of performance testing, security testing, and mobile testing
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Understanding of QA processes, standards, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on testing trends and technologies
