    Description

    Job Summary:As the Branch Manager of MyTravaly Local Office you will beresponsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office andensuring that the branch meets its targets and goals. You will beresponsible for managing a team of business development andcustomer service executives building relationships with localvendors and partners and ensuring that customers receivehighquality service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and supervise a team ofbusiness development customer service executives and guestsrelationship executives providing training and support asneeded.
    • Develop and implement operational sales ticketresolving strategies to achieve branch targets andgoals.
    • Build relationships with local vendors and partners toexpand the companys network andofferings.
    • Ensure that customers receive highquality service byoverseeing the customer service team and resolving customercomplaints and issues.
    • Monitor and analyze branch performance andfinancial reports identifying areas for improvement andimplementing solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies andprocedures as well as local regulations andlaws.
    • Manage inventory supplies and equipment to ensure thatthe branch operates efficiently andeffectively.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with keystakeholders including customers vendors and local communitymembers.
    • Participate in companywide meetings and trainingsessions to stay uptodate on company policies procedures and bestpractices.
    • Complete other duties and projects as assigned bysenior management.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors/Post graduation degree in businessadministration marketing or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience as a branch manager or similar rolein the travel or hospitalityindustry.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills with theability to motivate and manage a teameffectively.
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonalskills.
    • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies andachieve targets and goals.
    • Knowledge of local regulations and lawsrelated to the travel and hospitalityindustry.
    • Ability to analyze financial reports and makedatadriven decisions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customerrelationship management (CRM)software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team ina fastpaced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time managementskills.
