Gopani Product Systems Pvt Limited is seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, supporting employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

About the Role

• Conduct thorough recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Develop a pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently, ensuring timely closure of open roles while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data using MS Excel.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Employer Branding Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual recruitment content using Canva for job postings and social media.
• Support branding initiatives for recruitment campaigns and employer branding events.

Employee Engagement Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire onboarding and ensure a positive induction experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle basic HR documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 0.5 to 1.5 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Canva for creating marketing materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
