- 4years of experience in sales preferably in the insurance industrywith a focus on employee benefits.
- Proven trackrecord of meeting and exceeding salestargets.
- Strong interpersonal and communicationskills.
- Indepth knowledge of health insuranceliability insurance and employeebenefits.
- Ability to lead and motivate a salesteam.
- Analytical skills to interpret salesperformance metrics.
- Familiarity withregulatory requirements in the insuranceindustry.
