    QualificationsandSkills:

    • MBAin HR & Marketing or a related field.
    • 4years of experience in sales preferably in the insurance industrywith a focus on employee benefits.
    • Proven trackrecord of meeting and exceeding salestargets.
    • Strong interpersonal and communicationskills.
    • Indepth knowledge of health insuranceliability insurance and employeebenefits.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a salesteam.
    • Analytical skills to interpret salesperformance metrics.
    • Familiarity withregulatory requirements in the insuranceindustry.
