    Job Summary

    Pine Labs is undergoing significant growth and its teams are evolving. The company is transforming to become a software provider that enables payments and digitizes merchant stores.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently drive the Recruitment Lifecycle for Volume/Bulk Hiring in Retail Sales for our Payments Business.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding in sync with the respective hiring managers.
    • Strong understanding and ability to recruit in volumes through various channels.
    • Partner with business leaders & hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs to create and execute an effective recruiting strategy.
    • Maintaining talent pipelines with past applicants as well as potential candidates for future hiring needs.
    • Creating an awesome candidate experience and handhold the candidates for a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Promoting diversity by ensuring that our recruitment strategies attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
    • Publishing hiring reports for highlighting progress, plans, timelines & bottlenecks.

    Requirements

    • 3 to 8 years plus Non-Tech hiring experience.
    • Preferred Industries: Fintech/Payments, SaaS, Telecom, IT Services, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services and Startups.
    • Strong Academic Pedigree - MBA/ PGDM.
