As a DealerExecutive you will be responsible for facilitating customerengagement providing comprehensive product information executingtrades and fostering client relationships in the capital marketsdomain. Your primary duties willinclude:

• CustomerActivation andEngagement:
  
• Initiatewelcome calls to new customers and facilitate their activationthrough their first tradeorder.
  
• Deliver thoroughproduct information regarding Equity and Derivatives over calls tocustomers ensuring clarity andunderstanding.
  
• TradeExecution and ClientEducation:
  
• Executetrades on behalf of clients initially gradually transitioning themtowards selfdirected trading through mobile/webapplications.
  
• Educateclients on the usage of trading platforms and processes empoweringthem to execute tradesindependently.
  
• RevenueGeneration and RelationshipManagement:
  
• Identifynew revenue streams within the existing customer base and activelypursue opportunities for upselling orcrossselling.
  
• Cultivateand maintain positive longterm relationships with clientsaddressing their queries and concerns promptly andeffectively.
  
• TargetAchievement:
  
• Worktowards achieving predefined targets related to revenue generationand client activation ensuring consistent performance andcontribution to organizationalgoals.
  

Requirements

• MinimumGraduation degree in anydiscipline.
  
• Proficientunderstanding and knowledge of capital markets including Equity andDerivatives.
  
• Resultorientedwith a proactive approach towards achievingtargets.
  
• Strongcommunication skills both verbal and written to interact withclientseffectively.
  
• Certificationin Equity Derivative (NISM8) NISM Certificate 8 Series ismandatory.
