• MBA with specialization in Human Resources or relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on strategic planning and market research.
• Proven success in driving diversity hiring, bulk hiring, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret recruitment data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in FMCG, consumer durables, or similar industries preferred.
