    Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Operations (F&A - Order to Cash)

    In this role, you will be responsible for the Order to Cash Operations of the account, requiring excellent knowledge on ERP Applications, workflow tools etc. Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change is the key. Develop, manage and sustain effective working relationships in the organization and actively collaborate closely with the Client. Vertical lead for any one or more of the OTC processes (billing, collections or cash applications) and be responsible for day-to-day operational delivery, people and process management along with Client expectation management.

    Roles and Responsibilities:


    •Lead large teams, groom, and enable career progression while encouraging Genpact culture (CI2). Achieve/ exceed retention targets.


    •Handle the delivery of outsourced services F&A (OTC – sub process) to ensure customer centricity, customer happiness and increased revenue through client up-sell.


    •Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings.


    •Sound domain knowledge in all OTC aspects such as billing, collections, cash applications and dispute management with the ability to draw linkages across all sub processes.


    •Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda.


    •Must be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team, HR, recruitment etc.


    •Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios.


    •Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and intensify performance gaps and/ or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.


    •Collaborate in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization.

    Minimum Qualifications


    •Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.


    •A hands-on leader, unafraid to learn from the ground up and delve into the core of processes to drive effective results, while carrying the team


    •Willing to work in US shifts and work 100% of the time from office.


    •Prior domain experience in the services industry in leading large teams in OTC domains specific to the print/ media industry across advertising (newspaper, print, online), Commercial print, Single copy, subscriber and circulation platforms.


    •Working knowhow, knowledge and awareness of all ERP applications in this industry such as – Adpoint, Shoom, ECS, Adbase, SCAP, Infor, Lawson, Genesys, Salesforce and/ or others.


    •Intellectual agility and analytical outlook


    •Prior Order to Cash Operations experience in the Industry with driving transformations/ projects experience/ engagement in robotic implementation experience will be preferred.


    •Own client service delivery and engagement for the OTC process or sub process aligned to


    •Lead the way in implementing new technologies in operations and display a strong executive presence.
