    WHO YOU ARE:

    • 0 - 2 years experience in HR Functions like Recruitment, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing
    • Excellent at using MS- Office Suit & HRMIS platforms.
    • Strong communication skills with phone etiquette are a must.
    • Smart, mature, self-motivated individual having the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Assist in the end-to-end process of talent acquisition and recruitment for positions across different levels
    • Manage resource planning, creating job descriptions, and sourcing profiles from multiple channels, shortlisting, conducting 1st round of interviews, database management of current candidates and salary negotiation, sharing offer letters, etc
    • Conducting the induction process and building a positive onboarding experience for all the employees
    • Conceptualize and manage end-to-end execution of employee engagement activities.
    • Assist in employee grievance redressals
    • Coordinate actively with the other teams in the organization to observe and implement best-practices
    • Communicate actively with all the other teams as well as maintain good employee relations
