- Officer Rakshak(OR) & Agent Development
- Meeting Business goals

KeyResponsibilities:- Develop various sources of OR and A&A hiring andbuild a team of Agents
- Ensure productknowledge by Max Life Insurance ways of training
- Field demonstration(FODs) & Product Presentation toDefence Personnels
- Work closely with ORs &Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
- Achievement of monthly quarterly & yearly businessplans
- Ensure Companys product mix sales rationand adhere to the business norms
- Holdperiodical customer meet to understand customers pulse and productneeds
- Ensure customer queries are responded tosatisfactorily as per Max Life Insurance standard
- Organize Service Camps at Cantonments Maintaining healthyAnnual Policy Ratio
