obOverview:As aUI/UX Designer specializing in email creation you will beresponsible for designing visually appealing and userfriendly emailtemplates and campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative thinkerwith a keen eye for detail proficient in utilizing design toolssuch as Photoshop Canva Illustrator and Figma. This role offers theopportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contributeto the enhancement of our brands digitalpresence.
KeyResponsibilities:

• Designand develop engaging email templates and campaigns that align withbrand guidelines and marketingobjectives.
• Collaborate closely with themarketing team to understand campaign requirements and translatethem into visually appealing designs.
• Optimizeemail layouts and visuals for maximum impact and user experienceacross various devices and platforms.
• Conductthorough research and stay updated on industry trends to ensuredesigns remain innovative andeffective.
• Utilize design tools such asPhotoshop Canva Illustrator and Figma to create highquality visualsand graphics.
• Implement best practices in UI/UXdesign to enhance the overall effectiveness of emailcampaigns.
• Iterate on designs based on feedbackand analytics to continuously improve performance and conversionrates.
• Stay organized and manage multipleprojects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintainingqualitystandards.

Qualifications:

• 2to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on emailcreation and visual design.
• Proficiency indesign software such as Photoshop Canva Illustrator andFigma.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principlesand best practices with the ability to apply them effectively inemail design.
• Excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work closely withcrossfunctional teams.
• Creative thinking and apassion for crafting visually compelling designs that resonate withthe target audience.
• Detailoriented approachand the ability to ensure consistency and quality in all designdeliverables.
• Bachelors degree in GraphicDesign Visual Communication or a related field ispreferred
