    Position - Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Based at Nariman Point in Mumbai (Client Side), we are seeking an experienced individual to join our Corporate HR team.

    About the Role:

    This role involves finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates.
    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements, role specifications, and team dynamics.
    • Sourcing Strategy: Develop innovative strategies and tools to attract top talent using various platforms and recruitment agencies.
    • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential sales leadership candidates through continuous sourcing and networking.
    • Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates based on their experience, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit.
    • Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating terms with candidates and ensuring smooth onboarding.
    • Data Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics and provide updates to senior management on hiring progress.
    • Employer Branding: Enhance the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    We are looking for an individual with:

    • A minimum of 3+ years of core experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition roles.
    • An MBA is preferred.
    • Fluent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
    • The ability to multitask in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
    • Familiarity with various selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.).
    • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
    • The ability to motivate employees.
    • A sense of ownership and good teamwork.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Good time-management skills.
