    Description

    We are seeking a Relationship Wealth Manager to acquire high-net-worth (HNI), ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI), and affluent individuals for mutual fund investments. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, managing client portfolios, and providing research-based advisory services. This role requires a professional who can maintain strong client relationships, stay updated on market trends, and ensure full compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire HNI, UHNI, and affluent individuals for mutual fund investments.
    • Strategic Partnerships: Build strategic partnerships with IFA channels, chartered accountants, and wealth advisors to expand the client base.
    • Portfolio Management: Understand client risk profiles and investment objectives to offer customized mutual fund solutions. Conduct periodic reviews and suggest portfolio rebalancing as needed.
    • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and engagement, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring a superior client experience.
    • Advisory & Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, new mutual fund schemes, and regulatory changes. Educate clients on investment opportunities and associated risks.
    • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure complete documentation and adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance policies. Provide timely MIS and reports to management.

    Skills Required:

    • Proven experience in acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients.
    • Strong knowledge of mutual funds and investment products.
    • Ability to understand client risk profiles and provide customized investment solutions.
    • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
    • In-depth understanding of market trends, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements.

    QUALIFICATION:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or relevant certifications in financial planning.
