    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Executive will be responsible for performing various day-to-day administrative tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, managing general administration, and communicating effectively within the organization and with external stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicating with management, executives, personnel, vendors and clients.
    • Act as the point of contact between the executives and clients
    • To help address client issues
    • Provide support for various business processes and perform clerical work, such as filing, documentation, and customer service.
    • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
    • Handle requests and queries appropriately
    • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
    • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
    • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
    • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
    • Keeping staff up to date on the company's latest developments
    • Maintaining and coordination of the processes in the company

    Qualifications

    • Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administration skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience in administrative assistance roles
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
