    We are hiring a Tele Calling Executive to join our team at GoodVibes Placement Services, a renowned recruitment and outsourcing firm based in Indore. As a Tele Calling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to potential clients, promoting our diverse range of recruitment and outsourcing services, and generating leads. This is a full-time position located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, with a focus on reducing unemployment and providing excellent services to our clients.

    • Salary for Freshers - 12K - 18K In Hand
    • Salary for Experience - 15 to 25 % Hike on last salary

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our recruitment and outsourcing services
    • Identify and generate leads for new business opportunities
    • Provide information about our services, prices, and benefits to clients
    • Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and maintain regular contact
    • Handle objections and overcome challenges to close deals
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to company growth
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
    • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales processes and strategies
