- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, portals, and databases
- Research and identify potential clients, EPC contractors, Infra companies, builders, or OEMs
- Qualify leads based on project requirement, budget, and decision-making authority
- Schedule meetings and product presentations for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM / Excel
- Follow up on enquiries received from marketing campaigns, websites, and exhibitions
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
- Prepare daily/weekly lead generation and follow-up reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation (Manufacturing / Infra / PEB preferred)
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email tools
- Ability to handle outbound calls and follow-ups professionally
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic understanding of sales funnel and customer lifecycle
- Experience in PEB, Steel, Street Light Poles, Infra, or EPC industry
- Exposure to tenders, projects, or corporate sales is an added advantage
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / IndiaMART / TradeIndia is a plus
