    We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Podar Education Network. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various administrative functions within our educational network. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or in a similar role with 4 to 6 years of experience
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of administration, facility management, and infrastructure
    • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
    • Proficient in vendor management and ensuring service quality
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the educational network
    • Coordinate and oversee facility management, including infrastructure, canteen management, and school infrastructure
    • Handle vendor management and ensure service delivery meets quality standards
    • Manage general administration tasks, including record-keeping, document management, and correspondence
    • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of staff members
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
    • Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures
    • Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned
