About the Role

We're looking for a talented and passionate Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team and help us elevate our clients' brands to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with a dynamic team, and continuously develop your skills as a motion graphics expert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics and video ads for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Design visually stunning animations and effects that turbocharge direct response video ad performance.
• Develop "thumb-stopping" intros and variations to capture attention and improve ad engagement immediately.
• Edit and composite video footage, incorporating motion graphics to create compelling narratives.
• Optimize motion graphics for each platform's specific requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate on storyboarding, ensuring visuals align perfectly with the overall marketing message and goals.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflows for maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a motion graphics designer focused on direct response marketing and ads.
• Mastery of After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma; Cinema 4D; Blender (or other similar 3D tools) skills are a huge plus.
• Portfolio showcasing high-converting video ads with strong motion graphics for social media platforms.
• Ability to translate data insights into visually compelling and effective motion graphics solutions.
• Exceptional eye for design, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating polished, impactful animations.
• Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling for advertising.
• Self-starter, organized and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Excellent communicator, receptive to feedback, and a collaborative team player.
• Dedicated to staying current with motion graphics trends and emerging technologies.
• Passion for pushing creative boundaries and experimenting with new techniques in motion design.
