Job DescriptionPlease Note:
This is a Onsite/Hybrid position.
In accordance with the current client telework and AWS policy, during normal operating hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM, EST.
About the Position:
Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
Define and capture business requirements.
Provide design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates.
Provide 2nd tier production support.
Perform system configuration, testing, and reporting.
Develop system documentation to include, but not limited to, the following:configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operatingprocedures, and training materials.
Requirements
Minimum Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science
or a related field, as determined by the Client
Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
Three (3) years' expert experience in
PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, PS Query reporting, CI, and Process Scheduler.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and CapabilitiesFive (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, PS Query reporting, CI, and Process Scheduler.
Experience with the following:
PeopleSoft upgrades and testing.
PeopleSoft selective adoption process.
AWE/Workflow.
Expert level knowledge of the following:
SDLC methodology and processes.
Ability to provide expert customer service and production support.
RequirementsStaff resource skillsets should include:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or above preferred. More experience is required for non-degreed candidates. Active IRS MBI clearance. A minimum of 3 – 8* years collective developing applications in JAVA. Hibernate JAVA on the mainframe Experience with Json and Annotation Prior experience working on Agile teams. Spring Batch (experience with scaling would be a plus)
IRS/IMF/CADE 2 experience preferred Excellent communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels Demonstrated ability to seek out information (proactive learning) Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team Professional skills:
