Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Content Writer to join our B2B business team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills with a strong background in SaaS-based products. Candidates with knowledge and experience in Access Control, Biometrics, or Physical Security Identity Management domains will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop high-quality technical content for our B2B products, including but not limited to software documentation, user guides, release notes, FAQs, case studies, white papers, brochures, marketing collaterals and blog posts.
2. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to understand product features, updates, and customer requirements.
3. Translate technical concepts into clear and concise documentation that is easily understandable by our target audience.
4. Ensure consistency and accuracy across all content assets, maintaining brand voice and style guidelines.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to enhance the quality and relevance of our content.
6. Conduct research, interviews, and product demonstrations to gather information for content creation.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
8. Review and edit content produced by other team members for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or related field.
2. Proven experience years) as a Technical Content Writer in the B2B software industry, preferably in SaaS-based products.
3. Strong understanding of Access Control, Biometrics, or Physical Security Identity Management domains is highly desirable.
4. Excellent writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.
5. Ability to simplify complex technical information and communicate it effectively to diverse audiences.
6. Proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
7. Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for optimizing content for search engines.
8. Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
10. Prior experience in Agile development methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
