Requirements
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Engineer with strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft (PS) HCM Core modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance across HR systems through comprehensive testing, defect tracking, and validation of PeopleSoft HCM functionalities. This role requires expertise in HR modules, testing methodologies, and collaboration with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for PeopleSoft HCM modules including:

Core HR

Benefits Administration
-
Recruitment & Onboarding Processes
-

Perform end-to-end testing of PeopleSoft HCM systems, including:

Functional validation
-
Data verification
-
Integration testing
-
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support

Document and track:
-
Test results
-
Defects and issues
-
Risks and mitigation strategies
-

Utilize project management and QA tools such as:
-
ALM
-
Jira
- ClickUp
for test planning, execution tracking, and reporting

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system quality, compliance, and performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills

4–8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Core HCM modules:

Core HR

Payroll (preferred / added advantage)

Strong understanding of:

End-to-end HR testing processes

Recruitment and Benefits workflows

STLC methodologies and QA best practices

Experience with:

Proficiency in QA and project tracking tools:

ALM

Jira

ClickUp

Exposure to automation tools such as:

Selenium or UiPath (good to have)

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Payroll functional knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM.

Experience supporting enterprise HR transformation projects.
