- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing, to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Application Processing: Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to lending practices, data protection, and customer confidentiality.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics for management review.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, credit risk, and operations, to ensure seamless processing of loan applications and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the the Financial Services Industry, FinTech and Retail Banking industry.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- Intermediate passed with good communication skills
- Computer knowledge.
