    The Job

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive loan sales growth.
    2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized guidance throughout the loan application process.
    3. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our loan products and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and terms to clients.
    4. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    5. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
    6. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing, to generate leads and expand the customer base.
    7. Application Processing: Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
    8. Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to lending practices, data protection, and customer confidentiality.
    9. Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics for management review.
    10. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, credit risk, and operations, to ensure seamless processing of loan applications and deliver an excellent customer experience.

    The Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the the Financial Services Industry, FinTech and Retail Banking industry.
    • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
    • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    1. Intermediate passed with good communication skills
    2. Computer knowledge.
