    Position Summary

    This position gathers and interprets financial information effectively and forms data into meaningful and concise analyses while considering a broad range of interdependent issues & processing of sales orders & ensure invoicing of approved sales orders. Identifies areas for change, take decisions based on given autonomy agreed in the standard routines and makes data-driven recommendations about credit limit and risk category. Responsible for reviewing credit block orders and support the Credit Management in final decision.

    Role Description

    • Processing & Perform troubleshooting on all sales orders and assist in identifying and executing various enhancements to all management processes.
    • Manage all communication with all sales department orders, process all customer orders, and ensure optimal practices for all processes.
    • Monitor all vendor performance, evaluate all orders, and provide all required approvals.
    • Review and propose Credit parameters for calculation of credit limit and risk category taking in account various sources of financial data after conducting the ratio analysis & balance sheet analysis
    • Performs in a customer service capacity by answering credit inquiries questions while acting as a liaison to sales, customer service and the internal team .
