- Processing & Perform troubleshooting on all sales orders and assist in identifying and executing various enhancements to all management processes.
- Manage all communication with all sales department orders, process all customer orders, and ensure optimal practices for all processes.
- Monitor all vendor performance, evaluate all orders, and provide all required approvals.
- Review and propose Credit parameters for calculation of credit limit and risk category taking in account various sources of financial data after conducting the ratio analysis & balance sheet analysis
- Performs in a customer service capacity by answering credit inquiries questions while acting as a liaison to sales, customer service and the internal team .
