Designation: Sales Director
Experience Required: 8 Years to 10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the overall sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of revenue targets.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with OEMs, channel partners, and key enterprise accounts.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities, verticals, and large enterprise deals.
• Own and manage high-value accounts and oversee complex, long-cycle sales engagements.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies.
• Establish sales processes, KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline governance.
• Review sales performance, provide accurate forecasts, and present insights to senior management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strengthen market positioning.
• Represent the company at executive-level client meetings, OEM forums, industry events, and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and partner agreements.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT / Cybersecurity sales, including team leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
• Strong experience working with OEMs, channel partners, and enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals and meeting aggressive revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and consultative selling.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
• Willingness to travel for strategic client meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.
