    We are looking for a freelance junior visual communication designer to work onsite from our office.

    Are you passionate about creating visually stunning designs that captivate audiences across digital and print platforms? We're seeking a talented Visual Communication Designer / Graphic Designer to join us as a freelancer and contribute to the development of compelling visual assets. As a key member of our creative team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our management team, translating project requirements into impactful designs in the industry. Your role will involve crafting everything from packaging materials to logos or brochures and flyers, showcasing not only your design prowess but also your illustration skills.

    At our company, maintaining a consistent brand identity is paramount, and we're looking for someone who can ensure that our client's design materials adhere to brand guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries. Keeping up with design trends and industry best practices will be essential as you continuously enhance the quality and impact of our design work. Additionally, your ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts, both internally and to clients, will be crucial in driving projects forward.     Profile: Freelance Visual Communication Designer

    Responsibilities:

    • Effectively communicate and present design concepts to the management, fostering clear understanding and alignment.
    • Leverage softwares and creative skills to Produce visually captivating and impactful designs for various digital and print assets, such as packaging graphics, logos, brochures, and flyers, showcasing proficiency in illustration.
    • Prepare design files for production, ensuring precision and excellence for both print and digital platforms.
    • Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, adhering to brand guidelines diligently.
    • Collaborate closely with the design team to grasp project requirements and goals, translating them into engaging design concepts.
    • Efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines with proficiency and attention to detail
    • Stay abreast of design trends and industry best practices, integrating them into design work to enhance quality and relevance.
    • Actively participate in design reviews and remain open to revisions as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes.
    • Interest and inclination toward creative growth and learning outside of work.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • A good portfolio showcasing a range of design projects specially illustrations.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
