• Deep understanding about NBFC business
• Communicating business directives, goal and needs to the technical teams.
• Articulate Business Requirements disseminate it to IT Team through BRD.
• Process review / development, modification, and standardization of implementation.
• Ensure concurrence between the business processes and product application.
• Coordinate with the development team, QA team and UAT testing team for successful implementation and release of product change requests/ enhancements.
• Custodian of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Product Notes, Business Process Circulars, Business Policies for stakeholders and management.
• Prepare / update operation manuals for various processes and roles in consultation with stakeholders.
• Maintaining a comprehensive record of both new and ongoing system modifications
• Crafting operational workflow presentations and documents for internal stakeholders
• Good command over language
