This position involves direct and indirect interaction with customers, ensuring they receive full visibility of what Chillibreeze offers as a Service. Sales Executives are responsible for supporting the Services team & the customers by providing timely reports on the customer's progress, sitting on calls to understand the customer's needs, working on onboarding documents, aligning, and ensuring proper systems & processes are in place, and data entry and management of data or documents. The overall role is to make sure there is a collaboration with other departments, such as Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams, to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer experience.
