    JOB PURPOSE
    Manage Electro-mechanical and Fire & Safety operations to ensure the quality and deliverables in a timely and cost effective manner at all office locations of Bangalore;

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESOverseeing the team managing facilities including Housekeeping, Pest Control, Office Assistants, Accommodation Center, Crèche viz.

    GHIAL Site Office, Kirby Area Accommodation Center, CISF, RAXA & GHIAL Employee Quarters and improve cleanliness & functionality of FMS.

    Achieve 90% in Feedback Survey conducted on overall services.

    % achievedResponsible for the Staff cafeteria management at Site Office, two canteens at PTB with more than 3000 Pax meals every day.
