    The Sr. Associate / Client Relations Manager will manage inbound booking leads for artists, from client inquiry to closure. The role involves understanding client needs, recommending suitable artists, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
    • Understand client requirements (event type, budget, artist preferences).
    • Pitch relevant artists and manage the end-to-end booking process.
    • Coordinate with artist managers for availability and pricing.
    • Maintain CRM data and track conversions.

    Requirements:

    • 2–4 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or event management.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Experience in high-ticket or consultative sales.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (CRM tools like Pipedrive).
    • Background in media, entertainment, or events is preferred.
