Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team at RS IT Network. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing balance sheets, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. This is a part-time position with a focus on GST and Taxation services. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and be well-versed in relevant financial regulations and procedures. The role is based in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of GST and Taxation regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate recording of entries in the accounting system
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
• Verify financial discrepancies by reconciling accounts and investigating documentation
• Prepare and submit GST and tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data protection regulations
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for audits
• Stay updated on accounting regulations, principles, and industry trends
